What we do
How a tub comes out depends on where it sits and how it gets to the truck.
When there is a clear, wide path from the tub to the driveway, the crew tips it on edge and carries it out in one piece.
When a gate, fence or stairway is too narrow, we cut the shell and frame into pieces that fit through, then carry each one out.
Tubs sitting on a deck, a patio or inside a screened porch. The tub comes out; the deck or pad it sits on stays where it is.
The cover, the cover lifter, the side steps and any loose panels go on the same truck, so they leave with the tub.
How we work
Text us photos of the tub and of the path to the street: gates, steps, side yards and fences. That tells us whether it can go whole or needs cutting, and you get the price from it before work starts.
Before we arrive, the tub needs to be drained and its power disconnected by you or your electrician. We do not do electrical work, so the crew will not touch the wiring or the breaker.
The crew either moves the tub out in one piece or cuts it down and carries the sections through the gate. Every piece of the tub goes on our truck and leaves with us.

No. We do not do electrical work. The power to the tub has to be shut off and disconnected by you or your electrician before we arrive, and the tub drained.
Often it will not, and that is fine. When the gate or path is too narrow to carry it out whole, we cut the tub into sections that do fit and carry them out one at a time.
We remove the tub, its cover, steps and lifter. We do not take apart decks or break out pads.
