What we do
A mattress rarely leaves on its own, so the rest of the bed can go with it.
Twin to king, innerspring, memory foam and hybrid. Foam and hybrid mattresses are heavy and floppy, so we carry them slowly and with care around walls and door frames.
A queen or king box spring is rigid and often wider than the turn at the top of the stairs, so we work out how it comes down before it moves.
Metal frames, wooden beds, headboards, footboards and slats are taken apart in the room and carried out in pieces.
Bunk beds, trundles, daybeds and futon frames, taken down and hauled away with the mattresses that go with them.
How we work
Text a photo of the mattress and anything going with it, and tell us which floor the bedroom is on. We give you a price from that, and it is agreed before the crew starts.
The frame comes apart in the bedroom. Mattresses and box springs are carried, not dragged, slowly and with care around walls and door frames, especially at the landing.
The mattress, box spring and frame go onto our truck and leave with us, so the bedroom is cleared of what we took.

Yes, and we carry it down ourselves. A king box spring on a narrow staircase is the slow part, so stairs are priced in from the start rather than added at the end.
